On the resulting amount, VAT (21%), IGIC (Canary Islands: 0% or 3%, and 7% as applicable) or IPSI (Ceuta and Melilla: 4% or 1% as applicable) will be added. The regulated cost associated with the social bonus financing mechanism will also be added: Fixed cost per customer (commercialization) of €0.019121/day (Mainland and Balearic Islands: €0.02431959/day; Canary Islands: €0.02009883/day for domestic customers with power below 10 kW and, for other cases, €0.02070180/day; Ceuta and Melilla: €0.02029982/day; all the above amounts include applicable taxes as of the start date of these prices).
The price may be updated on January 1 of each year according to the actual CPI (latest officially published year-on-year General Consumer Price Index at the time of the update), as well as by changes in the current regulated components applicable to electricity and gas supplies, and with any possible new changes that may be approved by regulation.
In case of an update based on the CPI value, the year-on-year CPI for November, published on the website of the National Statistics Institute, will be used. The update will be carried out by adding to the previous prices the result of multiplying the CPI by those prices. For more information, the year-on-year CPI for November 2025 was 3.0%, for November 2024 it was 2.4%, for November 2023 it was 3.2%, for November 2022 it was 6.8%, for November 2021 it was 5.5%, for November 2020 it was -0.8%, and for November 2019 it was 0.4%.
If there are modifications to the regulated components applicable to the contract, these will be passed on to the customer, whether upward or downward. These types of modifications are regulated and completely beyond Endesa’s control, applying equally throughout the national territory and to all companies.
Additionally, the price may be reviewed one year after the contract is signed. If there were changes, we would notify you one month in advance. Remember that at any time you can terminate the contract without penalty, or sign up for another Endesa tariff or a plan from any other company.
If you have the social bonus, you should not sign up for this tariff or this promotion, as you would lose it.
If you have a solar panel installation with an active self-consumption tariff, you will not be able to sign up for this tariff. However, at Endesa we offer the Endesa Solar Tariff, which is designed especially for you.
In general, our tariffs do not include a commitment period. However, in some cases we may offer you additional advantageous conditions linked to your acceptance of a commitment period, so you can enjoy those benefits.
If the tariff includes a commitment period, we will clearly inform you before you sign up. If you accept the commitment and decide to cancel before completing the first year, a penalty will apply equivalent to 5% of the estimated amount of energy pending supply until the 12 months from the start date are completed. This calculation is based on the contract price without discounts.
If the change is made after 12 months have passed, there will be no penalty, nor if you switch between tariffs within Endesa Energía.
