The One Luz Tariff is valid for supplies with access tariff 2.0TD.
The One Gas Tariff is valid for supplies with access tariff RL1, RL2 and RL3.
The price may be updated on 1 January each year by the value of the actual CPI (last General Year-on-Year Consumer Price Index officially published at the time of the update), as well as for variations in the current regulated components that apply to electricity and gas supplies, and with possible new changes that may be approved by regulation.
In case of updating with the value of the CPI, the year-on-year CPI for November, published on the website of the National Institute of Statistics ([+https://www.ine.es/+]) will be used. The update will be made by adding to the previous prices the result of multiplying the CPI by those prices. For more information, the year-on-year CPI for November 2022 was 6,8%, the year-on-year CPI for November 2021 was 5,5%, the year-on-year CPI for November 2020 was -0.8% and the year-on-year CPI for November 2019 was 0.4%.
Any changes in the regulated components applicable in the contract (upwards or downwards) will be transferred to the customer. These modifications are regulated, they are totally beyond Endesa's control and apply equally throughout Spain and to all companies.
The price may also be reviewed one year after contracting. If there were any changes, we would let you know one month in advance. Always remember that at any time you can terminate the contract or contract another tariff from Endesa or any other company without penalty.
If you get the Social Bonus, you should not apply for this tariff because you would lose it.
Once you have filled in the online contracting form and your application has been processed, it will take approximately 3 weeks to process your contract (if you were already with Endesa Energía the change is much faster).
Once the contract with Endesa has been activated, you will receive the last bill with your previous company (if you were already with Endesa it will be the last bill with your previous tariff). The first bill will be received once the first billing period with Endesa has been completed.
A One Tariff and One Gas contract has a duration of one year and is automatically renewable.
If you contract electricity with this promotion will there be no minimum duration.
If you have a solar panel installation with a self-consumption tariff activated, you will not be able to sign up for these tariffs. However, at Endesa we have the Simply Solar Tariff available, which is designed especially for you.
Full Air Maintenance Service
The services includes an annual inspection of the air conditioning in your home, so the installation is always ready. Complete Air Maintenance extends the life of the equipment and reduces breakdowns to 1/3 of the usual, thus optimising consumption and, with it, the amount of your electricity bill.
Full Air-Conditioning Maintenance makes it easier to comply with current regulations on Thermal Installations in Buildings (Royal Decree 1027/2007) which requires you by law to make an inspection of your air-conditioning installation every two years.
In addition, whenever you have any breakdown in your air conditioning installation, you can contact the Full Air Maintenance technical service and a technician will visit your home within 48 working hours. Travel and the first 3 hours of labour are included in the service. In exceptional circumstances, where the repair time exceeds 3 hours or parts are required, we promise to provide a free prior quote.
The maximum assistance to repair air conditioning installations is two per year.
There is a free phone service for Full Air-Conditioning Maintenance customers to request assistance, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year: 900 85 86 85.
You have a professional from the Endesa Network, backed by rigorous quality controls, who will repair any breakdowns that occur, as well as flexibility when it comes to arranging the visit.
These are preventive visits to check the condition, safety and correct functioning of the air conditioning in your home, in accordance with the provisions of legal and technical regulations. During the technical visit, the following are carried out:
Verification of the correct operation of the air conditioning equipment, according to the requirements established by the RITE, and basic maintenance tasks of the indoor and outdoor units (as long as they are accessible).
Any necessary adjustments required to ensure the safety of the equipment and minimise power consumption and breakdowns.
The duration of the contract is one year and is automatically extended annually. However, both the Client and Endesa may terminate the contract by means of written notice at least one month before the expiry date.
The service will be billed by Endesa X on a monthly or annual basis as agreed. If you have contracted a number of services for the same address, they will all appear broken down in a single Endesa X invoice.
Furthermore, if you have contracted the supply of electricity or gas with Endesa Energía at the same address, the utility bill will be included in the same document as the energy bill and both amounts (services and energy) will be charged jointly to your account. The billing frequency in this case will be the frequency established in the energy contract
