These measures may result in approximate savings of 15% on your electricity bill (with contracted power of 4.41 kW and an annual consumption of 3,272 kWh) and 12% on your gas bill (with RL2 access tariff and an annual consumption of 8,546 kWh), provided that the bills are issued within the application period and the established conditions are met.

If you sign up with Endesa and enroll in the PARA TI loyalty program, you can earn up to €100 a year in PARA TI points, which you can redeem for discounts on your bills, in addition to enjoying more exclusive benefits just for being an Endesa customer. Once you enroll in PARA TI, you can earn points—equivalent to euros—by carrying out different actions. The more actions you complete, the more points you can accumulate and redeem:
€10 welcome bonus just for signing up for PARA TI.
€12 for keeping your Endesa contract active.
€15 for each new supply point you contract.
€3 for activating digital billing and contributing to environmental protection (this does not apply to 100% digital tariffs that do not allow receiving paper bills).

The price may be updated on January 1 of each year according to the actual CPI (latest officially published year-on-year General Consumer Price Index at the time of the update), as well as by changes in the current regulated components applicable to electricity and gas supplies, and with any possible new changes that may be approved by regulation.
In case of an update based on the CPI value, the year-on-year CPI for November, published on the website of the National Statistics Institute, will be used. The update will be carried out by adding to the previous prices the result of multiplying the CPI by those prices. For more information, the year-on-year CPI for November 2025 was 3.0%, for November 2024 it was 2.4%, for November 2023 it was 3.2%, for November 2022 it was 6.8%, for November 2021 it was 5.5%, for November 2020 it was -0.8%, and for November 2019 it was 0.4%.
If there are modifications to the regulated components applicable to the contract, these will be passed on to the customer, whether upward or downward. These types of modifications are regulated and completely beyond Endesa’s control, applying equally throughout the national territory and to all companies.
Additionally, the price may be reviewed one year after the contract is signed. If there were changes, we would notify you one month in advance. Remember that at any time you can terminate the contract without penalty, or sign up for another Endesa tariff or a plan from any other company.
If you have the social bonus, you should not sign up for this tariff or this promotion, as you would lose it.
If you have a solar panel installation with an active self-consumption tariff, you will not be able to sign up for this tariff. However, at Endesa we offer the Endesa Solar Tariff, which is designed especially for you.
In general, our tariffs do not include a commitment period. However, in some cases we may offer you additional advantageous conditions linked to your acceptance of a commitment period, so you can enjoy those benefits.
If the tariff includes a commitment period, we will clearly inform you before you sign up. If you accept the commitment and decide to cancel before completing the first year, a penalty will apply equivalent to 5% of the estimated amount of energy pending supply until the 12 months from the start date are completed. This calculation is based on the contract price without discounts.
If the change is made after 12 months have passed, there will be no penalty, nor if you switch between tariffs within Endesa Energía.
