No. Most of the tax measures ceased to apply on May 31, 2026. During their validity, VAT was reduced from 21% to 10% and the Special Electricity Tax (IEE) from 5.113% to 0.5%.
From June onwards, both taxes have returned to their usual values:

The reduction of the Hydrocarbon Tax to €0.00108/kWh on gas is still maintained.
With the end of these tax reductions, your bill may increase compared to previous months, as the usual tax values are applied again.
During their validity, these measures represented estimated savings of up to 15% on electricity and 12% on gas, depending on consumption and contract conditions.
The price stability commitment guarantees that your base price will be maintained for 2 years. However, this price may be adjusted if CPI variations are applied or if there are modifications, upward or downward, of regulated components beyond the retailer's control.
If you already have electricity contracted with Endesa and you contract gas, you will get a 30% discount on gas consumption for 1 year.
The price may be updated on January 1 of each year with the real CPI value, as well as due to variations in current regulated components applicable to electricity and gas supplies, and any new changes that may be approved by regulation.
If there are modifications to the regulated components applicable to the contract, these will be passed on to the customer both upward and downward.
Additionally, the price may be reviewed after one year from contracting. If there are changes, we will communicate them to you one month in advance. Remember that you can terminate the contract at any time without penalty.
If you have a social bonus, you should not take this tariff or this promotion, as you would lose it.
If you have a solar panel installation with an active self-consumption tariff, you will not be able to contract this tariff. However, at Endesa we have the Endesa Solar Tariff available, which is specially designed for you.
Generally, our tariffs do not have a commitment obligation. However, in some cases we may offer you additional advantageous conditions associated with your acceptance of a commitment period.
If the tariff includes a commitment, we will clearly indicate this before contracting. If you accept the commitment and decide to cancel before completing the first year, a penalty equivalent to 5% of the estimated energy amount pending supply will be applied.
If the change is made after 12 months, there will be no penalty, nor if you switch between tariffs within Endesa Energía.
